Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the portobello mushrooms on a baking sheet with the stem side up.
- Fill each mushroom with half of the spinach leaves, ¼ cup of marinara sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Sprinkle half of the Italian seasoning, cherry tomatoes, and olives on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with Parmesan cheese, basil, and additional marinara sauce if desired.
