Vegan Portobello Pizza

mixed veggies (onion, mushroom, tomato, green pepper, etc.)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and place them on a baking sheet, drizzling with olive oil and sprinkling with garlic powder, basil, and oregano.
- Bake the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- While the mushrooms are baking, prepare the pizza sauce and chop the vegetables.
- After 5 minutes, remove the mushrooms from the oven and top them with pizza sauce, veggies, and vegan parmesan.
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the veggies are cooked.
- Serve with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, and extra vegan parmesan.
