Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare the muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil and honey together.
- Add the whisked eggs to the oil and honey mixture and stir.
- Mix in the mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter into the prepared muffin tins and bake for 23-25 minutes, testing with a toothpick for doneness.
