Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by blending avocado, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, agave nectar, jalapeño, and seasonings until smooth.
- Add basil and olive oil to the blender and blend until creamy.
- Chop broccoli into small florets and combine in a large bowl with sprouted rice, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
- Pour about ¾ of the dressing over the salad mixture and season with salt and pepper, then toss to combine.
- Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and garnish with chive blossoms.
