Instructions
- Remove tough stems from kale and chop finely. Prep the rest of the ingredients using precooked rice and leftover chicken if desired. Dice apples and avocado. Blend dressing ingredients until smooth. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl and toss with dressing. Serve immediately.
