Crazy Good Kale and Wild Rice Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Cook the wild rice according to package directions and let it cool.
- Blend all dressing ingredients until smooth and set aside.
- In a large bowl, layer the greens and top with rice, chicken, apple, almonds, craisins, feta, basil, and avocado.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss lightly to combine.
- Serve immediately.
