Kale and Wild Rice Salad

Salad

cooked wild rice

kale

mandarin oranges

Instructions
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Massage the kale with a tablespoon of the dressing for 2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooled wild rice and massaged kale.
- Top the mixture with the remaining dressing and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Add the oranges and walnuts, then serve.
