Tender, Flavorful Instant Pot Pork Shoulder

The lime
The seasoning mix

Instructions
- Cut the pork into 2 inch cubes and place them in the Instant Pot.
- Drizzle with avocado oil and toss to coat.
- Combine all seasoning mix ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the pork and mix to coat evenly.
- Press the sauté button on the Instant Pot and brown the pork for 1-2 minutes on all sides.
- Once browned, press cancel on the Instant Pot.
- Pour in the beef broth and squeeze lime juice over the pork.
- Secure the lid and set the pressure cooker to cook for 45 minutes at high pressure.
- Let the pressure naturally release for 20 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
- Shred the pork with two forks and serve with juices from the pot.
