Easy Couscous Stuffed Tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the couscous according to the package directions.
- Slice the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp, then place them in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine feta, garlic, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked couscous and mix well.
- Stuff the couscous mixture into the prepared tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle on top of the stuffed tomatoes.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
