Instructions
- Make the Honey Basil Vinaigrette and set aside.
- Slice prosciutto into smaller pieces, about 1-2 inches by 2-3 inches.
- Cut the fruit into pieces similar in size to the cheese.
- Layer a piece of cheese, a folded slice of prosciutto, and a piece of fruit onto each skewer, adding fresh basil if desired.
- Arrange the skewers on a plate, drizzle with vinaigrette, and serve immediately.
