Instructions
- Thread one cherry tomato, one ciliegine, one to two basil leaves, and a slice of peach (or an additional tomato) onto each skewer in an alternating pattern.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the balsamic dipping sauce ingredients until emulsified.
- Serve the skewers on plates or a platter with the dipping sauce nearby.
