The blueberry balsamic glaze

Instructions
- Thread a blueberry, followed by a cherry tomato, a folded basil leaf, and a mozzarella star (or ball) onto each skewer.
- Finish each skewer with another basil leaf, a tomato, and a blueberry.
- In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and lemon juice over medium heat.
- Mash the blueberries as the mixture heats, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes until the glaze thickens.
- Drizzle the blueberry balsamic glaze over the assembled skewers and serve.
