Ingredients

The crust

  • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill's Super Fine Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
  • 1 serving Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer or 1 flax egg
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Optional toppings

  • cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup vegan cheese shreds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, all-purpose flour, egg replacer, sea salt, oregano, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the water and oil, then stir until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about two minutes, then shape it into a round crust about 10 inches in diameter.
  5. Prick the crust with a fork to prevent rising during baking.
  6. Bake the crust for 7-8 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly.
  7. Top the pizza with your favorite toppings, starting with tomato sauce, then cheese, and any other desired toppings.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice into 8 pieces, and enjoy.
