Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, potato starch, arrowroot starch, flaxseed meal, baking soda, oregano, garlic powder, and sea salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the vinegar, olive oil, and water, then combine with the dry ingredients to form a dough.
- If the dough is too crumbly, add more water; if too wet, add more almond flour.
- Shape the dough into a circle or square on the parchment paper, about ¼-inch thick.
- Transfer the crust to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the crust, add your desired toppings, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the toppings are cooked and the crust is slightly golden.
- Enjoy hot and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
