Gluten-Free Pizza with Almond Flour Pizza Crust

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare two sheets of parchment paper for a large sheet pan.
- 2. Combine flaxseed meal with 3 tablespoons of water and let it rest for 1 minute.
- 3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, Italian seasoning, baking powder, salt, and pepper, breaking up any lumps.
- 4. Add the flaxseed mixture, olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of water to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- 5. Roll out the dough between the parchment sheets to about 1/8-inch thickness, then transfer it to the pan.
- 6. Bake the crust for 13-15 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
- 7. Switch the oven to low broil after baking.
- 8. In a bowl, combine cheese, zucchini, carrots, and olives.
- 9. Spread salsa over the baked crust, then top with the cheese mixture and pieces of turkey.
- 10. Broil for 5 minutes, then bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese bubbles and browns.
- 11. Sprinkle with dill and cut into 12 pieces.
