Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok and stir fry chopped garlic and shallots until aromatic.
- Add ground chicken and stir fry quickly, breaking it into small lumps.
- Once the chicken is white, add chilies, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir well, then add basil leaves and stir until they wilt.
- Add white pepper, stir a few times, and serve immediately with steamed rice and a fried egg.
