Instructions
- Whisk together fish sauce, coconut aminos, and honey in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown.
- Add red bell pepper, onion, Thai chilies, and garlic, and stir fry until vegetables are softened and chicken is cooked through.
- Add the fish sauce mixture to the pan and cook until warm.
- Remove from heat, adjust salt to taste if needed, and stir in Thai basil.
