Instructions
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Add shallots and garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and cook until done, about 13 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine fish sauce, Stevia, soy sauce, chili paste, water, cornstarch, and salt, whisking together.
- Add the sauce mixture to the pan and cook until it thickens, stirring to coat the chicken.
- Remove from heat, stir in basil, and serve.
