Easy Low-Carb Orange Creamsicles

Instructions
- Blend coconut milk, orange juice, and lemon juice in a Vitamix.
- Add orange extract, stevia, and lecithin, then blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Set a timer for 30 minutes.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the semi-frozen popsicles.
- Freeze for 3 hours before serving.
