Ingredients

  • ½ cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla stevia
  • teaspoon vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, avocado, lime juice, stevia, and vanilla in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a popsicle mold.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze for 4 hours.
  6. Serve.
