Keto Popsicles
Ingredients
The popsicle base

granulated sweetener of choice
Optional toppings

sugar free chocolate chips

peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until the sweetener dissolves.
- Cover the pan and let it sit for two hours to cool.
- Whisk the mixture and pour it into 8 popsicle molds, inserting a popsicle stick in each.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight to firm up.
- If desired, melt chocolate and dip the popsicles, then place them on a lined baking sheet and freeze until the chocolate is firm.
