Kiwi Coconut Popsicles
Ingredients
The popsicle mixture

light coconut milk

powdered sugar

salt
The fruit
Instructions
- Sift the powdered sugar to avoid clumps.
- Whisk together the coconut milk, sifted powdered sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Halve most of the kiwis and place them in the molds.
- Pour a little coconut milk into each mold and add kiwi slices facing outward.
- Top with more kiwi slices and fill halfway with coconut milk.
- Insert popsicle sticks and fill with remaining coconut milk.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours, ideally overnight.
- To remove, run the molds under warm water until the popsicles pop out.
