Dark Chocolate Covered Kiwi Pops

Instructions
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Trim and peel the kiwis, then slice them into ½ inch rounds.
- Insert a popsicle stick into each kiwi slice and place them on the baking sheet.
- Freeze the kiwi slices for at least four hours until solid.
- Melt the dark chocolate and stir in the coconut oil until combined.
- Dip each frozen kiwi slice into the melted chocolate and let the excess drip off.
- Enjoy immediately or return to the freezer until ready to serve.
