Ingredients

The fruit

  • 1 each Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 each Banana
  • 1 each Kiwi
  • 1 each Other fruits that freeze well

The coating

  • 1 recipe Homemade Magic Shell

The accessories

  • 1 pack Cake pop/Candy sticks
  • to taste none Desired toppings (e.g., chopped macadamia nuts, coconut, toffee bits)

Instructions

  1. Slice the fruit into ½"-¾" slices, or use a cookie cutter for uniform shapes.
  2. Insert a stick into each fruit slice and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the fruit until solid.
  4. Once frozen, dip the fruit in the chocolate dip and shake off excess.
  5. Dip or roll the fruit in desired toppings and allow to harden.
  6. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to eat.
