Frozen Chocolate Banana Pops

Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice the bottom off each one.
- Insert a popsicle stick into each banana, about halfway through.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bananas on it.
- Freeze the bananas for approximately 2 hours until fully frozen.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Microwave in 2 or 3 increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between, until melted.
- Dip each frozen banana into the melted chocolate and top with sprinkles.
- Place the bananas back on the baking sheet and freeze until ready to eat.
