Frozen Chocolate Banana Pops

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bananas
  • ¾ Cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tablespoon Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice the bottom off each one.
  2. Insert a popsicle stick into each banana, about halfway through.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bananas on it.
  4. Freeze the bananas for approximately 2 hours until fully frozen.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  6. Microwave in 2 or 3 increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between, until melted.
  7. Dip each frozen banana into the melted chocolate and top with sprinkles.
  8. Place the bananas back on the baking sheet and freeze until ready to eat.
