Instructions
- Grease an ice cube tray with olive oil.
- Blend the bananas, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth, adjusting sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cube tray, filling it almost to the top.
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil and insert handles into each cube.
- Freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
- Remove the pops from the tray and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
