Frozen Banana Popsicles

Instructions
- Cut the banana in half lengthwise, then cut each half into two quarters.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each banana quarter and freeze on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
- Once frozen, melt the chocolate in a mug in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each frozen banana quarter into the melted chocolate, scraping off excess chocolate.
- Quickly add sprinkles or toppings before the chocolate hardens.
- Place the coated bananas back on the wax paper and return to the freezer until ready to eat.
