Frozen Banana Fudge Pops

Instructions
- Skewer the bananas using a wooden kebab skewer, leaving enough sticking out to use as a handle.
- Place a large piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 30 second increments and stirring in between.
- Dip the bananas into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to coat them evenly, and place them on the parchment paper.
- Immediately sprinkle the bananas with your choice of toppings.
- Freeze the bananas for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is set.
