Banana Fudge Pops
Ingredients

oat milk or other milk of choice

vanilla extract

cocoa powder

sliced ripe bananas, frozen (about 2 large bananas)

maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
- 2. Transfer the mixture to popsicle molds, leaving about ½ inch of headspace.
- 3. Freeze the popsicles for several hours, or until frozen solid.
- 4. To remove the popsicles from the molds, let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes or rinse under lukewarm water.
