Ingredients

  • ½ cup oat milk or other milk of choice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups sliced ripe bananas, frozen (about 2 large bananas)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. 1. Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Transfer the mixture to popsicle molds, leaving about ½ inch of headspace.
  3. 3. Freeze the popsicles for several hours, or until frozen solid.
  4. 4. To remove the popsicles from the molds, let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes or rinse under lukewarm water.
