Dark Chocolate Banana Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 tablespoons lowfat milk
  • cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
  • 4 pieces popsicle sticks or cake pop sticks

Instructions

  1. Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Insert the sticks into the cut ends of the bananas.
  3. Microwave the milk until bubbly, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the milk to the chocolate chips in a bowl and stir until melted.
  5. Dip the bananas into the melted chocolate, covering all sides.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  7. Place the bananas on the sheet pan and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  8. Enjoy the pops frozen.
