Frozen Mango, Kiwi, Raspberry Fruit Pops

Ingredients

  • 9 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 5 oz kiwi, peeled
  • 6 oz mango, peeled
  • 6 oz fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Make a simple syrup by boiling water and sugar for 4-5 minutes, then set aside.
  2. Puree each type of fruit separately in a blender and set aside in small bowls.
  3. Divide the simple syrup among the fruit purees and mix well.
  4. Fill four small cups with the kiwi puree and freeze for one hour.
  5. Add the mango puree to the cups and freeze for 20 minutes.
  6. Insert sticks into the cups and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  7. Finally, add the raspberry puree and freeze overnight.
