Ingredients

  • 4 pieces ripe mangos

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger root

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and remove the fruit from the core.
  2. Place the mango, ginger, and water into a food processor.
  3. Pulse until a uniform consistency is achieved.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Freeze until solid.
  6. Let the popsicles thaw for a minute or two before eating for better texture.
