Coconut Mango Ice Pops

Instructions
- Puree the diced mango with ¼ cup of the coconut milk beverage and sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the remaining coconut milk beverage, canned coconut milk, and honey until well combined.
- Pour about 2 tablespoons of the mango puree into each popsicle mold.
- Fill the molds with the coconut milk mixture until full.
- Place the molds in the freezer and freeze until solid, which takes about 5 to 6 hours.
