Ingredients

The base

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

The fruit filling

  • ¼ cup chopped pineapple
  • ¼ cup chopped strawberries
  • ¼ cup chopped kiwi
  • ¼ cup chopped peaches

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the coconut milk and maple syrup.
  2. Chop the fruit and place it in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the coconut milk mixture into popsicle molds, filling each halfway.
  4. Add a mixture of the chopped fruit to each mold, filling almost to the top.
  5. Freeze the popsicles for at least 5 hours.
  6. To serve, run each popsicle under warm water until it easily slides out of the mold.
