Homemade Fruit Popsicles

The fruit filling

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the coconut milk and maple syrup.
- Chop the fruit and place it in a separate bowl.
- Pour the coconut milk mixture into popsicle molds, filling each halfway.
- Add a mixture of the chopped fruit to each mold, filling almost to the top.
- Freeze the popsicles for at least 5 hours.
- To serve, run each popsicle under warm water until it easily slides out of the mold.
