Ingredients

The fruit

  • cup diced kiwi
  • cup diced watermelon
  • cup diced strawberries
  • cup diced pineapple

The juice

  • ¼ cup fresh pineapple juice or orange juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all diced fruit in a bowl.
  2. Fill each 5 oz cup with the fruit mixture.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of juice to each cup.
  4. Insert craft sticks into each cup.
  5. Place the cups in the freezer for a few hours until firm.
  6. To remove the pops, run the cups under warm water for a few seconds.
  7. Enjoy your fruit pops!
