Paleo Berry Coconut Popsicles

Instructions
- Whisk together the coconut milk, vanilla bean paste, and honey in a small bowl.
- Distribute the fresh fruit evenly into 8 popsicle molds.
- Pour the coconut milk mixture over the berries in each mold until full.
- Place the tops on the molds and add popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve when ready.
