Peaches & Cream Ice Pops
Ingredients

peach slices (fresh or thawed from frozen)

full-fat coconut milk

pure maple syrup

vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until very smooth, adjusting sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into an ice pop mold and insert wooden sticks.
- Freeze for 6 hours or until solid.
- To remove the ice pops, submerge the molds in hot water for about 20 seconds.
- Store in a sealed container in the freezer until ready to serve.
