Chicken and Asparagus Stir-Fry

The sauce

soy sauce

Instructions
- Combine soy sauce and honey in a bowl or ziplock bag, add chicken, and coat well. Refrigerate until ready.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add asparagus, and sauté for about 5 minutes until cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Remove chicken from marinade, add to the skillet, and sauté until nearly cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, scallions, and reserved marinade to the pan, sauté for an additional 2 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and garlic is fragrant.
- Stir in the cooked asparagus and sesame oil, mix well, and serve immediately, garnished with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
