Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin.
- Blend the bananas, avocado oil, dates, and vanilla in a food processor until smooth.
- Add almond flour, oat flour, cacao powder, ground flaxseed, baking soda, and salt, then blend until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups and optionally top with chocolate chips.
- Bake for about 25 minutes and allow to cool before serving.
