Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the bananas, eggs, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin tin and bake for about 24 minutes.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
