Double Chocolate Banana Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixer, combine the bananas, egg, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the oat flour and cocoa powder in batches.
- Add salt, almond milk, baking soda, and baking powder, and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Prepare a muffin pan with muffin cups and spray them lightly with cooking spray.
- Scoop the batter into the cups, filling them ¾ full.
- Top each muffin with 3-4 additional chocolate chips.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
