Healthy Banana Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl and whisk in the eggs, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla until combined.
- Add the almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, and mix until just incorporated. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin tin and bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out almost clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 15 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
