Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs, flour, cornstarch, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Tear the pressed tofu into bite-sized pieces and coat with the breadcrumb mixture and grapeseed oil.
- Transfer the tofu to the baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, toss together romaine lettuce, red onion, avocado, hemp hearts, and green goddess dressing.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add half of the salad and half of the tofu, then fold and cut in half.
- Repeat with the second tortilla.
