Instructions
- Soak cashews in very hot water for 15 minutes, then rinse and drain.
- Combine plant milk, cashews, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a blender.

- Serve immediately, optionally topping with whipped cream and crushed wafer cookies.
