Instructions
- Blend yogurt, cottage cheese, strawberries, milk, flax meal, and ice until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs, reserving some for topping.
- Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and remaining graham cracker crumbs if desired.
