Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter until moistened, then press into the bottom of the pan.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the Greek yogurt, egg whites, lemon juice, and flour without overbeating.
- Pour the filling over the crust and drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam on top.
- Gently swirl the jam through the filling to create a marble effect.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the center is almost set, then cool to room temperature.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
