Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare an 8-inch square baking pan with foil or parchment.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the baking pan and bake for 8 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add yogurt and mix until combined.
- Add egg whites, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust and swirl raspberry jam on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, covering with foil after 20 minutes to prevent browning. Allow to cool for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight before cutting into squares.
