Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare an 8-inch square baking pan with foil or parchment.
- Make the crust by crushing the graham crackers and mixing with melted butter, then press into the pan and bake for 8 minutes.
- Prepare the filling by beating the cream cheese, then adding yogurt, egg whites, sugar, and flour until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and vanilla to the filling, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the filling over the crust and bake for 25 minutes, covering with foil after 20 minutes.
- Cool at room temperature for 20 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before cutting into squares.
