Ingredients

The crust

  • 5–6 sheets graham crackers
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted or salted butter, melted

The filling

  • 8 oz reduced fat brick cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large egg whites
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare an 8-inch square baking pan with foil or parchment.
  2. Make the crust by crushing the graham crackers and mixing with melted butter, then press into the pan and bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling by beating the cream cheese, then adding yogurt, egg whites, sugar, and flour until smooth.
  4. Add lemon juice and vanilla to the filling, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the filling over the crust and bake for 25 minutes, covering with foil after 20 minutes.
  6. Cool at room temperature for 20 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before cutting into squares.
