Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • 1 to 1 ½ cups non dairy milk or creamer
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 4 Tbsp frozen coconut milk ice cubes
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries of choice
  • ½ frozen banana
  • to taste honey or maple syrup

Optional toppings

  • extra berries
  • gluten free granola or crushed nuts
  • frozen cauliflower florets (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the non dairy milk, cottage cheese, and coconut milk cubes until smooth.
  2. Add the berries, banana, and any optional ingredients, then blend again until combined.
  3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and top with extra berries and granola.
