Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • ¾ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • 12–14 pieces frozen strawberries
  • ¼ – ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp flax meal
  • 1 cup ice

The crust

  • 2 sheets graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Blend the yogurt, cottage cheese, strawberries, milk, flax meal, and ice until smooth.
  2. Stir in half of the crushed graham cracker crumbs, reserving the other half.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about ½ inch from the top, and sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Cover the molds and insert sticks, then freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
