The crust
Instructions
- Blend the yogurt, cottage cheese, strawberries, milk, flax meal, and ice until smooth.
- Stir in half of the crushed graham cracker crumbs, reserving the other half.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about ½ inch from the top, and sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
- Cover the molds and insert sticks, then freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
